What could be better than starting your day with gentle yoga accompanied by Bach’s cello suites? Yogis and observers welcome, please bring your own yoga mat.

This week’s event takes place at the Western Promenade. We will meet in the grassy area between Bowdoin and Carroll Streets, on the far end of the park from Maine Medical Center (look for our yard signs!).
