The Portland Nutcracker Experience was held at Brick South on Thompson's Point Saturday, aiming to provide an immersive orchestra experience for young children. Unlike traditional symphonies, which require guests to sit down and stay still, this concert encouraged the opposite. Children and their families were able to dance alongside ballerinas, meet them in between performances and interact with the instruments.
