What could be better than starting your day with gentle yoga accompanied by Bach’s cello suites? Yogis and observers welcome, please bring your own yoga mat.

This week’s event takes place at the Eastern Promenade. We will meet in the grassy area between the tennis and basketball courts and the baseball field, near where Quebec Street intersects with the promenade (look for our yard signs!).

If you are planning on participating in the silently-led yoga, we will need you to fill out a liability waiver before you participate, which can be done ahead of time by clicking the button below.
